Job Description
As a case worker on our out-of-home care team, you’ll play a key role in the administrative work related to children and youth ages 0–18 who are placed outside their homes with foster families or in residential facilities.

Therefore, it is crucial to establish a respectful and trusting partnership in which parents are appropriately involved and where we work purposefully to strengthen the relationship between the child and the family, always with the child’s best interests in mind.
You must be able to work closely with foster families, residential facilities, and relevant professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to the child’s care. You will also be part of the department’s on-call team on a rotating basis.
