The HR Department at Kujalleq Municipality has an opening for a coordinator of administrative tasks and case management in the HR Department, effective July 1, 2026, or as otherwise agreed.

Function:

  • Processing of all collective bargaining agreements.
  • Advice and guidance on incoming cases and contacts regarding all collective agreements
  • Advice and guidance for new managers on personnel matters. 
  • Centralized archiving function, including personnel files and case files
  • Centralized archive function for job postings
  • Housing requests for new employees covered by the above collective bargaining agreements

Job responsibilities:

  • Job posting regarding all collective agreements.
  • Employment letters regarding the collective bargaining agreement.
  • Settings for collective bargaining agreement supplements.
  • Collection of information from applicants regarding the collective bargaining agreement.
  • Housing requisition for cases covered by the above agreements.
  • Reimbursement for moving expenses, travel, etc., in connection with employment under the above-mentioned collective agreements.
  • Archiving function for parking cases and case files.
  • Advice/guidance regarding the staff handbook for institutions.
  • Housing for vacant units and waiting lists for them.
  • Other administrative tasks within HR.

The position is for an HR Consultant. Salary and employment terms are in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement with AK. For employees hired from outside the organization, travel and relocation expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with applicable regulations.

Housing may be provided to those coming from outside the country, for which a security deposit and rent are paid in accordance with applicable regulations. Relocation travel expenses and moving expenses are provided in accordance with applicable regulations.
