Nuuk has a new bus shelter. The shelter was built locally using materials stocked in Nuuk, which will make operation and maintenance easier. The shelter will now be tested in real-world conditions. A public engagement initiative involving a questionnaire will be conducted at a later date.
The Traffic and Regulatory Affairs Department hopes that, by that time, many users will share their experiences so that the system can be improved and the feedback can be used to enhance the bus stops.
