Sikuki Nuuk Harbour A/S held its annual general meeting on May 22, 2026. The company can look back on a year marked by a net income of DKK 14.1 million, a high level of activity, and the launch of a port expansion project
Satisfactory annual results
In 2025, Sikuki Nuuk Harbour A/S reported net revenue of DKK 75.1 million, compared with DKK 73.9 million in 2024, and a profit after tax of DKK 14.1 million. The results were influenced by higher activity levels and financing costs related to the upcoming port expansion.
The 2025 annual report was approved at the annual general meeting.
Port operations, ESG, and port expansion
The year 2025 was marked by historically high levels of activity in the Port of Nuuk, involving supply vessels, trawlers, cruise ships, and the military. In the area of sustainability, the company published its first full ESG report in 2025, which is integrated into the annual report.
A tender process has been conducted for the port expansion, and a contract has been signed with KJ Greenland A/S for the upcoming port expansion in Nuuk.
“The company is well-positioned for the future and looks forward to the upcoming port expansion, which will strengthen the port’s capacity, emergency response capabilities, and Greenland’s maritime infrastructure.
