About the position
As store manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of our electronics store, which has eight dedicated employees, including an assistant manager. You will be responsible for staff management, sales, customer service, and the store’s overall performance.
About Nuuk
Nuuk is the capital of Greenland, with a population of approximately 20,000. It offers many opportunities for families, as well as excellent educational facilities for school-age children. It has a vibrant urban environment with excellent shopping, cafes, a movie theater, and a swimming pool. Nuuk is surrounded by beautiful nature, offering ample opportunities for hiking in the hinterland, hunting in the summer, and fishing and sailing in the vast and stunning fjord system surrounding Nuuk. During the winter months, there are also opportunities for cross-country and alpine skiing.

- Day-to-day management and motivation of store employees
- Scheduling and staffing
- Sales management and monitoring of budgets and key performance indicators
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction and professional advice
- Responsibility for ordering merchandise, inventory management, and merchandising
- Employee Training and Development
- Ensuring that the store always looks neat and inviting
We expect you to
- Has experience as a store manager or assistant manager—preferably in retail or the electronics industry
- Is a visible leader who takes the lead and fosters engagement
- Has a strong understanding of sales and is able to work in a results-oriented manner
- Is organized, responsible, and good at keeping track of the big picture
- Thrives in a fast-paced work environment and can handle multiple tasks at once
- Is interested in electronics and technical products
