Your role
You will serve as the central point of coordination for the day-to-day management of marketing and communications activities across our channels.
Working closely with management, your team, and internal and external partners, you will be responsible for driving marketing and communications initiatives to ensure strong execution.
It is not a high-level strategic management role—but a key position with significant influence over day-to-day operations.
Your main responsibility will be to provide clarity, structure, and momentum in a department characterized by numerous activities, tight deadlines, and a fast-paced environment.
Your primary responsibilities
- Coordinating the day-to-day tasks and priorities of the marketing and communications department
- You will have day-to-day managerial responsibility for the department's employees
- Campaign structuring and planning, content production, and channel initiatives
- Coordination of weekly sales flyers, promotions, and graphic materials
- Development and implementation of content for digital channels (apps, websites, social media, newsletters, digital signage, etc.)
- Ensuring a strong and consistent visual identity across all channels
- Close collaboration with the Commercial Department
- Collaboration with an external agency and internal development resources
- Contribute to the development of more efficient, digital, and sustainable processes
- Planning and prioritizing initiatives in collaboration with management
