Brugsen in Ilulissat is looking for a sales manager for the Produce Department

Do you have what it takes to be a leader? 

At Brugseni Ilulissat, we are looking for a sales manager for our Produce department. We need an energetic leader who can oversee and manage the Produce section of the store and ensure that the shelves look great and are well-stocked.

Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the department’s tasks and ensure excellent customer service—every day. In addition, you will be in charge of managing the department’s staff. It will be your responsibility to ensure a positive and welcoming work environment. You’ll also work closely with the other departments in the store, and you’ll report directly to the assistant manager at Brugsen in Ilulissat.

Your Profile

  • Trained in retail and, preferably, with management experience
  • Good physical condition, since you're on your feet much of the day
  • Takes the lead, especially during busy periods
  • Seeing opportunities rather than limitations
