We are looking for an office assistant for the administration department. 

Primarily involving tasks related to:

  • Invoices for our services provided to business partners
  • Commuting Allowance for Employees
  • Collaboration with a pharmacy
  • Cooperation with the Police
  • Collaboration with Insurance Companies
  • Reply to emails sent to the hospital's official email address.
  • Answer the hospital phone
  • Assist with the administration of employee housing / contracts

You will become part of our great administrative team. You will be responsible for some of the tasks listed above, with the opportunity to work with the rest of the team to develop the best plan for completing them.

About Us:

  • The Disko Region consists of a regional hospital, two health centers, a nursing station, and six village health stations. A total of about 6,000 people live there. 
  • You will be assigned a permanent physical workspace in the administration department at Aasiaat Hospital, which has recently been renovated. 
  • Aasiaat Hospital is a workplace that is constantly evolving, including in the areas of management and the work environment

Housing is allocated in accordance with the rules in effect at any given time within the Greenlandic Health Service.

Salary and Employment

Wages and terms of employment, including the right to travel upon hiring and upon termination and to relocation of household goods, in accordance with the agreement or collective bargaining agreement in effect at the time of employment between the Government of Greenland and the relevant bargaining organization.
