Duties of a night porter:
- Guest Check-In and Check-Out
- Cash Reconciliation
- Preparing for the shift change, including light office work and accounting tasks
- Ensure peace and order at the front desk during the night
About you:
The position as a night porter offers plenty of exciting challenges.
You’ll play a key and independent role at the hotel during the night and early morning hours, helping to ensure that our guests have a great experience.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- You have a good command of Danish, English, and preferably Greenlandic.
- You have a knack for IT and hotel systems, preferably Spectra.
- You must be at least 25 years old.
You’re a true night owl who has no trouble sleeping during the day and working at night. Hotel experience is, of course, a plus, but not required. You’re dedicated, cheerful, and proactive in your interactions with both guests and coworkers. Salary is based on qualifications and experience. Furnished housing may be provided in accordance with current regulations. Travel expenses related to starting the job will be covered.
