Are you creative, organized, and interested in developing your skills in graphic design and communication? Kalaallit Nunaanni Brugsen is looking for a graphic design intern who wants to join a dynamic and dedicated team. You’ll have the opportunity to work on exciting design projects and develop your skills in both visual communication and digital media.
About the position: As a media graphic design apprentice, you will be assigned a wide range of tasks spanning both print and digital media. You will work closely with our experienced graphic design team and have the opportunity to learn everything about graphic design, layout, and digital production while completing your education.
Job responsibilities:
- Design and layout of materials for print and digital platforms (e.g., posters, flyers, social media, newsletters, etc.).
- Development of visual concepts and campaigns.
- Participation in the graphic design workflow from concept to finished product.
- Production of graphic elements and communication materials for the web and social media.
- Support for the marketing and communications department with graphic design, visual communication, and campaigns.
We expect you to:
- Are currently enrolled in or interested in starting the media graphics program.
- Has an interest in and experience with the well-known Adobe tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Firefly, etc.).
- I am creative and have an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Are you curious about new graphic design trends and interested in continuously developing your skills?
- Is organized and able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
- I am a team player who is open to feedback and eager to grow professionally.
- I am interested in visual communication and digital media.
