You will be working in various departments within the Municipality of Qeqertalik, reporting directly to the head of the Citizen Services Department.

Qeqertalik Municipality, Kangaatsiaq Citizen Services, is seeking a TNI apprentice to begin on August 1, 2026

Salary and Terms of Employment:

Salary and employment conditions are governed by the collective bargaining agreement in effect between Naalakkersuisut and the authorized bargaining organization at the time of hire.

Criminal Record and Child Protection Certificate:

This position is subject to the law requiring criminal and child protection background checks. Under this law, employment cannot begin until the municipality has received satisfactory criminal and child protection background checks. We must therefore point out that the start date cannot be agreed upon until the municipality has received a child protection certificate from the National Police and a criminal record check from the police.

The child protection record is obtained by the municipality with the consent of the individual concerned, while the criminal record is obtained by the individual concerned from the police.
