SBS Consult A/S has been providing IT support to businesses throughout Greenland since 2007, and in April we’ll be celebrating our 20th anniversary. We’re a small team of six who serve as an external IT department for many of our clients. This means we handle everything—from day-to-day support and user setups to servers, networks, security, and licenses. We are a Microsoft partner and an authorized Adobe reseller, and we also work with HPE, Lenovo, Sophos, and Triumph-Adler. At the same time, we’re helping our clients get started with AI, so there’s a lot going on right now.

We are looking for a full-time IT consultant to assist our customers with their day-to-day IT needs and help deliver our solutions. You’ll be the clients’ primary point of contact when issues arise, and you’ll work on support, setup, and operations. The tasks are wide-ranging, so no two days are exactly alike.

We welcome candidates of all experience levels. If you’re a recent graduate, we’ll make sure you’re thoroughly trained. If you have several years of experience, you’ll have the opportunity to take on responsibility and help shape how we do things. The most important thing is that you’re proficient in IT and eager to learn more. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 is a big plus.

You speak and write Danish and can get by in English. If you also speak Greenlandic, that’s a plus, but it’s not a requirement. A driver’s license is also desirable, but if you don’t have one, we’ll be happy to pay for it.
