Avannaata Municipality is seeking 1. Early childhood educator to start on or after July 1, 2026
Further details regarding the Inûno Daycare Center.
The educator’s immediate supervisor will be the director of the nursery or the assistant director.
Duties and Responsibilities:
·Work in accordance with the institution’s rules and objectives.
·Care for the children in a safe and responsible manner.
·Collaborate with different teams and departments.
·Collaborate with parents.
·Handle ad-hoc tasks and prioritize work assignments.

·Certified early childhood educator

Salary and employment terms:
Employment is governed by the current collective bargaining agreement between Naalakkersuisut and Nunatsinni Perorsaasut Kattuffiat
Housing is not provided for this position.
Employment is contingent upon the submission of a satisfactory child protection clearance and a criminal record check, which will be obtained from the National Police Agency with the applicant’s consent.
