At Atuarfik Jørgen Brønlund, a position as Administrative Officer is available, to begin on August 1, 2026, as soon as possible or by mutual agreement.

The position includes the following tasks and responsibilities: ·
Handling inquiries from parents, students, staff, and external parties (by phone, email

and personal inquiries)
·Student administration, including student rosters and management of grade sheets, evaluations, and diplomas, as well as updating the student database (TEA)
·Record-keeping and
archiving·Mail registration, receipt, and
dispatch·Absence
lists·Payroll
reporting·Various list
updates·Orders (office supply)
·Key pickup and
drop-off·Interpreting and translation tasks (Greenlandic–Danish)
·Renting out school facilities and the
mini-gym·Various tasks assigned by school
administration·Updates to the staff
intranet·Bookkeeping, accounting audits, and authorizing
payments·Liaising with the dental clinic and the
hospital·Ad hoc tasks

We expect you to:
·Have user-level computer
skills·Be bilingual (though this is not a requirement
)·Be able to maintain a clear overview even during busy
periods·Preferably have an HK or TNI degree

Salary and Terms of Employment:
Salary and terms of employment are in accordance with the agreements in effect between the Self-Government and S.I.K. at the time of employment.
