It is rare for an employee to celebrate so many years of public service. On August 1, Anna Kleist-Karolussen from the Municipality of Kujalleq celebrated her 40th anniversary.
Anna Kleist-Karolussen began working 40 years ago, on August 1, as a teacher at Anders Nielsenip Atuarfia in Alluitsup Paa.
After several years as a teacher, she served as school principal at Anders Nielsenip Atuarfia in the early 2000s. Since 2016, she has been the school’s director, a position she still holds.
In recognition of Anna Kleist-Karolussen’s 40 years of dedicated service, the Municipality of Kujalleq has presented her with a certificate.
The anniversary was celebrated on Thursday, September 3, at Anders Nielsenip Atuarfia.
