In all towns in the Municipality of Kujalleq—Nanortalik, Narsaq, and Qaqortoq—nominations are now being accepted for the Culture Award, which is presented in connection with the celebration of Greenland’s National Day.
Nominations must be submitted in writing, along with a justification, and must be received by the Culture Department in the relevant area no later than Tuesday, June 16, at 2:00 p.m. Nominations may be sent by email or delivered in person to the Culture Department.

The nominee must have made a special contribution to cultural life or to the preservation of cultural traditions. The nominee must not have previously received the Culture Award.
