The Municipality of Sermersooq continues to be affected by the ongoing system outage, and intensive efforts are underway to restore the affected IT systems and ensure stable operations.
Municipal employees, the IT department, and external partners are working diligently to restore key services as quickly as possible while ensuring that the work is carried out in a responsible and safe manner.
Although the system outage is affecting several of the municipality’s digital processes, we are doing everything we can to maintain essential services for residents, businesses, and partners. We are placing particular emphasis on the areas that are most critical to residents’ daily lives.
We are aware that this situation may cause delays and restrictions in some of the municipality’s services and case processing. We therefore ask for your understanding and patience while this work is underway.
